Attend meetings with Loss Adjusters and Claims Inspectors, where appropriate, to ensure client’s interests are protected and claims are dealt with to their complete satisfaction.
Take as much administration off of our client’s hands as possible, freeing them up to concentrate on other matters.
Rigorously pursue all payments due to our clients – whether insured or uninsured losses – thus helping to maintain their cash flow.
Proactively manage the claims process from start to finish, minimising any downtime for our client’s business and delivering long term savings as a result.
Regularly review the claims reserves held by insurers and challenge those that appear excessive with a view to negotiating their reduction, thereby improving our client’s claims experience and renewal premium/terms.
Vigorously contest any decision by an insurer that we believe to be incorrect. No decision to turn down a claim will be passed to a client until it has been referred to the Account Manager and/or the Claims Management Director
Post settlement analysis of claims to aid in providing risk management advice that will assist in avoiding future similar incidents.
